Vertically Integrated from Cultivation to Finished Product
Mighty Leaf Gardens is building a vertically integrated platform designed to control key stages of the value chain — cultivation, processing, extraction, finished products, and industrial hemp applications — supporting consistent quality, traceability, and competitive economics across multiple product categories.

Cultivation
Year-round hemp cultivation in Belize's tropical climate is being planned with variety selection based on intended end use, including CBD yield, fiber quality, biomass, or industrial hemp applications. Cultivation practices are being designed for traceability and compliance documentation from seed to harvest.

Processing & Extraction
Processing infrastructure is being developed to support hemp biomass handling, fiber and hurd/shiv processing, and CBD extraction. The planned system will include batch-tracked processing with third-party testing at key stages. Output is intended to include crude extract, distillate, isolate, biomass, fiber, and hurd/shiv for approved product and industrial applications.

Quality & Compliance
Product batches will be tested by qualified third-party laboratories for cannabinoid profile, heavy metals, pesticide residues, microbial contaminants, and other destination-market requirements. Certificates of Analysis will be maintained by batch once commercial production begins.

Finished Products & Ingredients
Hemp-derived CBD ingredients, extracts, and formulated products for wellness, cosmetics, and personal care markets are being developed for wholesale supply to brand partners and distributors in approved markets, subject to licensing and market-by-market regulatory review.

Industrial Hemp Applications
Hemp fiber, biomass, hurd/shiv, hempcrete, and building-material inputs for sustainable construction and industrial supply chains are being developed as a significant pathway within the overall business model.
Proposed Properties
The following site plans represent Mighty Leaf Gardens' proposed first two properties, currently in the planning and development stage. Layouts, acreage allocations, and infrastructure details are subject to change as planning progresses.
100-Acre Greenhouse Campus (Proposed)
40 acres high-tech greenhouses, 60 acres surrounding land, packing facility, storage, utilities, water management, secure access, internal road network.
60-Acre Agricultural Operation (Proposed)
10 acres greenhouses, 25 acres hemp production, 7 acres packing/storage/offices, 18 acres roads/buffer/expansion.

For buyers, this is intended to mean a single accountable supplier with full chain-of-custody documentation. For investors, it means margin capture across the value chain rather than dependence on commodity pricing at a single stage.
